Operating on the number one rated trail system in the U.S.,
Kingdom Trails, iR has customized a one of a kind instructional
program. iR incorporates a balance of enthusiastic, highly
skilled coaches, professional riders, photographers,
videographers, and bike mechanics . These are
the features that help participants to take their riding, health and
exposure to the next level and beyond.
All of our clinics start at the ideRide headquarters in East Burke, Vt , between The Pub Out Back and the Kingdom Trails Office. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early if you havent registered, 5 minutes with pre registration.

Women's Clinics
At ideRide women's clincs you'll be introduced to your bike. Riders will learn how to determine optimal bike fit and basic mechanics and maintenance. Next we introduce basic skills that are essential to being an efficient confident rider. The standard procedure for any skill we present is: explain the skill, demonstrate the skill, ask questions and then observe while riders practice the skill, pointing out what they're doing well and providing tips when needed. Instructors will often introduce drills that can be used, even after riders leave the camp, to improve skills. It is extremely important to ideRide that everyone stays within their comfort zone. Unless an individual expresses the desire to try something, we will never push anyone to do anything they do not want to or don't feel confident trying. While riding is our passion as well as what we do best and sharing that love and skill for the sport with others is our goal. Safety is our number one concern and confidence is essential to safe riding.

Scholarships
One of the goals that we at ideRide have is to get kids involved in mountain biking. With the current state of the economy this goal seems unatainable to some families. We feel that the sport needs to be accessable to all, regardless of income. This is why we have been working to get scholarship funds from local businesses and demo bikes from shops and companies.
We are psyched to announce that as a result of those efforts there is a mountain bike camp scholarship, available for quallified families, thanks to Ben Mccormic Physical Therapy and two full suspension demo bikes, one from Transition Bicycle Co. and another from Sinister Bikes. The scholarship and bike are good for the freeride camps or all mountain camps.To apply click here.
